KATHMANDU, August 2: Kiran Rai, spokesperson for All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), has resigned from his post.
Rai's resignation came in the wake of his differences over the decision to give responsibility to the Ministry of Sports to probe the dispute between Head Coach of Nepal Men’s National Football Team, Abdullah Almutairi and Vice-Chair of ANFA Pankaj Bikram Nembang. Rai handed over his resignation to ANFA Chairman Karma Tsering Sherpa on Monday.
