Even as the Dahal-Nepal faction of the Nepal Communist Party is preparing to file a vote of no-confidence against Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli at the lower house of parliament, the NC is yet to decide whether to support the move.
It is learnt that the NC is closely observing the NCP's formal split, legally, so that it can maintain its upper hand in the national politics and take initiatives to form the government under its leadership when Oli is forced to step down in coming days.
