The motorcycle-bound assailants tried to shoot at Kandel in Dubailiya ward no 3 of Lalitpur, Nawalaparasi on Friday noon.The Indian nationals are currenlty held at District Police Office, Nawalparasi.
Kandel's personal aide Assistant Sub Inspector Deepak Ghimire along with their locals impounded the two miscreants with a pistol.
They were on an Indian number plate motorcylce (UP 53 A 9856). The irate locals torched the motorcycle later.
