Dr Kandel appointed NRNA UK's spokesperson

Dr. Kul Prasad Kandel has been appointed the spokesperson of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) UK. The association's recent meeting unanimously decided to offer Kandel this responsibility.

KATHMANDU, April 21: Dr. Kul Prasad Kandel has been appointed the spokesperson of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) UK. The association's recent meeting unanimously decided to offer Kandel this responsibility.


Professionally, Kandel is working in the Department of Research in the Faculty of Brain Sciences at University College London (UCL), UK.


With over eight years of professional experience in the UK and active participation in the Nepali community, Kandel has also been at the forefront of social, educational, and cultural activities.

After the appointment, he told RSS, "I will place special emphasis on transparency, inclusivity, and dialogue. I will continue to be active in addressing the rights and needs of Nepalis in the UK".


According to NRNA UK President Prem Gaha Magar, Kandel was given this responsibility based on his academic qualifications, professional skills, and dedication to the well-being of the community.
