The unruly group of people was involved in teasing, pulling and sexually harassing women in course of chariot procession held from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm, said police.[break]
The arrested were handed over to their guardians on condition of appearing in the police post once a day, said police inspector Kamal Khatri.
