WorldLink's provides free internet to five schools

KATHMANDU, Sept 10: Internet service provider WorldLink, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary next year, said Thursday that it has started providing free Internet service to five schools in the Kathmandu Valley -- Padma Kanya Higher Secondary School in Dillibazar, Ratna Rajya Higher Secondary School in New Baneshwar, Patan Secondary School in Patan Dhoka, Saral Adarsha Chandi Secondary School in Chakupat and Tri Padma Secondary School in Pulchowk.

Issuing a statement, WorldLink said it also provided breakfast, lunch and dinner to 51 elderly people at the Nisahya Sewa Sadan in Shantinagar, it said, adding that WorldLink is also providing the old-age home with free internet service.
