The CIAA has also directed the officials of different government bodies to expedite a prompt and transparent service delivery.
The anti-graft body issued such directive after monitoring the Department of Foreign Employment, Department of Passports at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bagmati Zonal Transportation Office, District Administration Office, Kathmandu, and Land Revenue Office Dillibazaar and Chabahil.
Issuing a press release today, the CIAA has stated that regular monitoring and necessary actions would be taken to address the grievances lodged at the CIAA.
Likewise, the CIAA has also issued a directive to implement the orders given by the CIAA in the past within 15 days.
