Though hair fall and growing up go hand in hand, a lot of it has to do with the stress we undergo on a daily basis. One of the major problems faced by men and women these days continues to be that of hair fall or thinning of hair and while genes play a major role in deciding how lustrous and thick your mane will remain, often there are unknown factors that lead to massive hair fall.

But here’s help as we’ve got seven super effective home remedies that will control your hair fall tremendously.

1.Aloe Vera

Found easily and most affordable, the aloe vera plant can work miracles when it comes to stopping hair fall. Not only does it play an important role in balancing the pH levels of the scalp and hair, it also penetrates deep into the scalp, initiating hair growth.

So, all you need is a stalk of the aloe vera plant (even a leaf will work) and extract the pulp from the leaf or stalk and rub the same into your hair. Now, massage the pulp into your scalp for 20 minutes and then rinse your hair. Massaging your hair with aloe vera pulp twice a week will help you control that hair fall.

All you need to do is take a bunch of fresh coriander leaves and grind them with a few tablespoons of water to form a thick paste. Now, strain the paste and store the juice. Apply this juice with a hair brush on on scalp as well as your hair. Leave it for half an hour and wash off your hair with a mild shampoo thereafter. Applying this paste on your hair twice a week will make your hair silky and control hair growth.
