The students forced other officials out of the office before locking the gates at 10:30 a.m.
The student organization claimed that it was compelled to take the action as all the work at the office was badly hampered due to Bajagain´s absence. Presence of officials at the government bodies in tarai districts has been decreasing of late due to ´donation terror´ by armed tarai groups.
