Speaking in Biratnagar on Tuesday, Thapa claimed that the seized properties will not be returned unless there is an alternative arrangement for those living on those properties.[break]
"We will chase away those who come to return their seized properties," Thapa said, adding,"No one has right to evict the poor peasants from those properties."
