KATHMANDU, May 17: Call Mobility Pvt Ltd - the sole authorized distributor of G´Five mobiles in Nepal -- has launched an innovative handset for those who want to catch the action live on TV.



Issuing a press statement, Call Mobility said the new handset -- G5000i -- comes with unique rotating flap to give users incomparable super wide QVGA screen. The users can also enjoy World cup matches in its mobile TV phone, the statement added. [break]



The handset comes with multi-media functions like Bluetooth, Micro SD card slot, MP3/MP4/FM and HD camera, among others. It has two GSM SIM slots. All G´Five mobiles come with 1 year warranty on set and six-month warranty on battery.



The phone is priced at Rs 11,175.





Berger introduces exterior paint



KATHMANDU, May 17: Berger Jenson and Nicholson Nepal has formally launched weather coat All Guard, its latest offering of unique silicon-enhanced formula.



According to a press statement received on Monday, the new exterior paint is manufactured using state of the art technology and provides long lasting performance even in extreme tropical conditions.



“Weather coat All Guard has unique organosilicone chemistry that imparts visible water repellance and keeps the coating dry even under heavy rains,” the statement added. The exterior paint also prevents microbial growth and preserves the rich new look of exterior surfaces.



The paint costs around Rs 700 to Rs 800 per liter.





Dabur gives away prizes to monthly winners



KATHMANDU, May 17: Dabur Nepal gave away the prizes of ´Score the Real Goal´ for Game 1 to monthly bumper prize winner and the weekly prize winners amid a program on Monday.



Issuing the press statement, the company said Saroj Ramtel of Budhanilkantha with mobile number 9841853401 was chosen through specially developed computer software. The winner was handed over the monthly bumper prize of 32 inch Sony Bravia LCD TV.



Similarly, the company also awarded 22 inch Sony Bravia LCD TV to four weekly highest correct SMS senders, while 10 monthly highest SMS senders received a Sony MP4 player each.





Nabil Bank opens new branch



KATHMANDU, May 17: Nabil Bank on Monday established a new branch at Khandbari of Sankhuwasabha. With the opening of new branch, the number of branches in the bank´s network has reached 38.



“Nabil Bank is committed to provide its services to the customers at every corners of the country,” the bank claimed in a statement received on Monday.



The bank, which was established some 25 years ago, is also planning to open five more branches in the near future.





NIBL organizes Art of Living course



KATHMANDU, May 17: Nepal Investment Bank Ltd (NIBL) has been organizing an Art of Living Apex course, which has been especially designed for business executives, since May 15.



Executives of various banks and other business houses are participating in the four-day program. Neeva Pradhan was the trainer for the program which is being organized at Hotel Del´ Annapurna.



“This course was designed for the management and it deals with many valuable techniques appropriate in the corporate world,” the bank said in a statement.
