Nineteen-year-old Rohabar Ansari, the son of Taheer Ansari of Phulhatta Parikauli-8 has been accused of committing the heinous crime, the District Police Office, Mahottari said.
Rohabar Ansari is now absconding after raping the girl luring her and giving her false promise of marrying her, it is learnt. The incident took place at 7 pm on May 6.
After the incident, Rohabar's parents and the parents of the victim had struck a deal to marrying Rohabar with the girl. But the girl's parents filed an FIR against Rohabar at the District Police Office after he failed to show up even until today.
