WASHINGTON DC, April 29: A Nepali died from coronavirus infection in the United States on Tuesday. The deceased has been identified as Mahesh Panthi living in Virginia.
He was admitted to the hospital on April 8. With the death of Panthi, the number of Nepalis to die of the contagion in the US has climbed to15.

Of them, 12 died in New York, two in Colorado and one in Virginia.
Coordinator at the NRN Global Health Committee, Dr. Sanjeev Sapkota, informed the National News Agency (RSS) that a total of 54 Nepalis living in the US, UK, UAE, Turkey, Ireland, Netherlands, and Japan died from coronavirus so far.
