Woman found dead under mysterious circumstances

RAJBIRAJ, Oct 8: A woman was found dead under mysterious circumstances with blue bruises on her body at Boriya VDC of Saptari today. 

The unidentified woman of an estimated 20 years of age was found in a canal at Boriya VDC – 1, District Police Office, Saptari said. 

The police suspect that the woman was pelted with stones at both sides of her face. She also has blue patches on her body. Her body has been sent to the BP Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan for a postmortem examination. 

Superintendent of Police (SP), Bhim Prasad Dhakal, said the police are carrying out a comprehensive investigation into the incident. RSS
