The workshop aims to enhance the reporting skills of journalism students and contribute to improving the overall quality of journalism in Nepal. This is the fourth edition of the workshop and marks the first collaboration between UNESCO Nepal and St Xavier’s College for the event.

A total of 27 students, including 16 from St Xavier’s and 11 from other community and government colleges, are participating in the workshop. The workshop features prominent journalism professionals, including New York Times correspondent Bhadra Sharma, editor and educator Louisa Kamal, and senior communication specialist Naresh Newar.
