Know MorePALPA, Dec 21: The Palpa District Court on Tuesday night issued an order to remand three persons accused of murdering one Binu Pulami into judicial custody.
A single bench of judge Dilliraman Tiwari ruled against Pulami's husband Dipendra Basyal, father-in-law Laxman and mother-in-law Parbati of Heklang VDC-6.
Pulami's family has been claiming that she was murdered after being subject to torture and violence repeatedly over inter-caste marriage.
Pulami had married with a boy from the so called upper caste family four years ago. She had gone missing over two months ago. Her body was found by police near Ramdighat on October 20. RSS
