Sanfebagar-Martadi road obstructed due to landslides

ACHHAM, Aug 29: The Sanfebagar-Martadi road has been obstructed due to landslides triggered by incessant rain. Vehicular traffic on the road has been disrupted due to landslides at Budhabagar in Sanfebagar Municipality-13.

It is said the landslides continue creating problems in opening the road for traffic. Vehicles, including passenger buses heading towards Dhangadhi from Bajura and vice-versa, are stuck on the road, said Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ishwari Prasad Bhandari, chief of the Achham District Police Office.

DSP Bhandari said that the road would be opened after clearing the landslide debris as and when the landslide stops.
