GODAR (DHANUSHA), May 31: Preparations for the Shramadhan Employment Fair have been completed in Janakpurdham.

The two-day fair is going to be held in Janakpurdham from June 1.  Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security and Madhes Province Coordinator of the Fair, Dipendra Poudel, said there would be more than 35 stalls of government bodies, manpower agencies and different social organizations in the fair.

He explained that the employers would interview youths, who are in search of employment, at the fair.  

Different programs including networking sessions will be organized targeting the youths seeking employment, according to the organizer. 

Minister for Labor, Employment and Social Security, Dol Prasad Aryal, will inaugurate the fair. It is believed that the fair will promote partnership between government bodies, employers of the private sector and civil society organizations to effectively address employment challenges. 

The objective of the fair is to create employment, promote industries and contribute to the overall economic development of Nepal by expanding the employment market.
