POV: You are a teenager

 Isnt growing up the best thing in life ever?

The stress and relief blend perfectly together

 

There is just something different in the air,

Like the feeling of adrenaline rushing through my

Veins, when I do something wrong with out a care.

 

Life hits different when you are fifteen,

Its an age where wrong becomes right,

And the right suddenly feels like a sin.

The age where you don't know whether you 

Are sad or happiest you have ever been.

 

I dont know where the courage comes to show the

Finger to the world,

To never do as you are told,

To wear shorts eventhough its cold

 

Maybe they werent lying when they said

These are the best years,

Not because we are young but because we

Have no fears.
