Know MoreILAM, Dec 17: CPN-UML senior leader and former Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal has claimed that the parliament would disapprove the constitution amendment bill.
At a regional training program organized by the CPN-UML at Danabari in Ilam on Saturday, leader Khanal accused the government of trying to invite conflict among people by enabling confrontational environment in the country.
