Know MoreBHAKTAPUR, Nov 13: More than 30 pedestrians were injured when a stray dog bit them in Bhaktapur today.
The dog ran amok and bit the pedestrians who were walking down the road at Sudal, Kamalbinayak and Chyamasingh, said Jiban Giri, one of the victims.
"The dog appeared out of nowhere and bit whoever pedestrians it came across its way. It also bit me twice," he said.
Of the injured, 34 were referred to Teku Hospital from the Public Health Centre, said health workers involved in the treatment of the injured. Later, local residents killed the dog that attacked the pedestrians, Giri said. RSS
