NMB Capital named issue manager of PICL's FPO
KATHMANDU, Dec 11: Premier Insurance Company Ltd (PICL) has appointed NMB Capital as sales and issue manager to float 659,565 units of shares through follow on public offer (FPO).
Issuing a statement, the insurance company said that its CEO Sudhumna Prasad Upadhyaya and Srijesh Ghimire, CEO of NMB Capital, have signed a MoU on behalf of their respective companies.
