NIC Asia Bank opens seven new branches

KATHMANDU, Nov 8: NIC Asia Bank Ltd on Tuesday inaugurated its seven new branch offices in different parts of the country.

Issuing a press release, the bank said that the new branches have been opened in Battar, Attaria, Lekhnath, Baglung, Birauta, Kawasoti, and Daldade.

With this, the total number of branches in the bank's network has reached 76.

The bank plans to add more branch offices in different parts of the country in the near future, it added.

The bank has decided to give 26 percent bonus shares and 15 percent rights share to its shareholders from the profit generated in Fiscal Year 2015/16, according to the release.
