NAC seeks assistance from Air India to make ground handling services effective

KATHMANDU, March 23: Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has requested assistance from Air India to make ground handling services effective.

The NAC team headed by Executive Chairman Yuvraj Adhikari, who went to New Delhi, sought assistance from Air India CEO Campbell Wilson to make ground handling services effective.

NAC Spokesperson Ramesh Paudel said that there was a discussion about making the ground handling service agile and cooperation between the two airlines.

A narrow body aircraft has been grounded for four months. The main basis of NAC's earnings is the ground handling service at the Tribhuvan International Airport.

According to Paudel, there has been an informal agreement to collaborate on technical aspects and market management.
