Know MoreKATHMANDU, Aug 23: At least 41 people have been rescued from the Indian-registered bus accident site at Aaina Pahara, Anbu Khaireni Rural Municipality-2, Tanahun district.
According to Madhav Prasad Paudel, head of Armed Police Force (APF) Kurintar, 41 people were extracted from the wreckage of the bus from the accident scene while a search operation to locate the other two is still ongoing.
Similarly, 12 of the rescued people have been brought to Kathmandu for treatment, while others are being treated at a hospital in Anbu Khaireni.
