Man arrested on charge of murdering mother

TAMGHAS (Gulmi), Sept 23: Police arrested a man accused of murdering his elderly mother from Dibrung VDC-2 in Gulmi today. 

Local resident Bir Bahadur Kaucha, 41, has been charged with murdering his mother Moti, 71, with a spade on Wednesday night while she was sleeping in her home. 

A team from the Area Police Office, Shantipur, on a tip off, arrested Kaucha on the same charge, said Assistant Police Inspector Satya Narayan Yadav. 

Kaucha has been sent to the District Police Office and the investigation was going on, he said. RSS
