A single bench of Justice Ananda Mohan Bhattarai on Tuesday had ordered Karki to be present before the court in person within seven days with a clarification on why he obstructed the process of delivering the court’s notice.
Advocate Om Prasad Aryal had moved the apex court demanding an action against Karki, his son-in-law Prabal Thapa and others for obstructing the process of serving the court’s notice.
