Rajesh Hamal is the face of NMB Bank's new campaign

KATHMANDU, Sept 14: NMB Bank has announced superstar Rajesh Hamal as the face of its 'NMB Ek Ghar Ek Khata' campaign.

NMB Ek Ghar Ek Khata is an endeavor of the bank to reach every citizen of the country and help in inculcating savings habit and bringing the same into the banking channel for a better future, NMB Bank CEO Upendra Poudel told a press meet in Kathmandu on Wednesday.

"The campaign was launched in Shrawan 2073.

Now in its second phase, the campaign is designed to be promoted extensively across the country with Rajesh Hamal emphasizing the need for financial inclusion of every Nepali for a self-independent Nepal," he added.

Poudel also said that the bank was pleased to have Hamal on board for its campaign.

"We believe that given his immense popularity and fan following across the country, he will be able to effectively communicate our message to Nepalis from all walks of life.

We are very positive about this endeavor," he added.
