Know MoreRAJBIRAJ, Aug 5: Free health camps have been running at three different places in Saptari district targeting flood victims from Thursday.
The Dharmi Halfa Women Development Club, Lalapatti, has been running the three-day camps where doctors and health workers from Help Line Network, Kathmandu, Medicare and Om Hospital have been providing the health services.
Club Chairman Surya Narayan Yadav said that medicines and soap have also been provided free of cost in the camp.
Dozens of VDCs including Rampura Malhaniya, Tilathi, Sakarpura, Launiya Hanumannagar, and Bhardaha were affected by the flood in different rivulets of the district following the incessant rainfall.
Chairman Yadav said that they have been running the health camps after people of most of the places fell sick after the flood polluted the drinking water. RSS
