FinMin Pun appoints Prof Dr Surya Bahadur Thapa as chief economic advisor

KATHMANDU, March 31: Finance Minister Barshaman Pun has appointed Prof Dr Surya Bahadur Thapa as the chief economic advisor.

The decision to appoint Thapa as an advisor was made during Thursday's Cabinet meeting.

Prof Dr Thapa holds a position as a Professor of Economics in the Faculty of Education at Tribhuvan University.
