Tremors of earthquake felt in Taplejung

KATHMANDU, July 10: An earthquake struck Taplejung early Wednesday morning. The epicenter was located in Tapethok, Taplejung, around 2:30AM.

According to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center, the earthquake had a magnitude of 4.4. The tremors were felt in the surrounding districts as well.

Details regarding the damage caused by the earthquake are yet to be available.
