A Standing Committee meeting of the party held under the chairmanship of caretaker Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli in Baluwar today decided to this effect, the party said in a press statement issued after the meeting.
The meeting also decided to vote against CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal fielded by the Nepali Congress-CPN (Maoist Center) alliance for the prime ministerial election.
Earlier, speaking at Reporters Club Nepal on Monday, CPN-UML leader and lawmaker Rabindra Adhikari had said that his party would filed deputy leader of the parliamentary party Subas Chandra Nembang for the Prime Minister’s Post.
