CIBL Capital to float Sanima's rights issue

KATHMANDU, Dec 11: Sanima Bank Ltd (SBL) has appointed CBIL Capital Ltd as its issue manager to float its rights issue.

Issuing a statement, the bank said that it appointed CBIL Capital Ltd as its issue manager to float 30 percent rights issue, or 15.92 million units of shares, at the face value of Rs 100 as approved by bank's recently held annual general meeting.

Tej Bahadur Chand, deputy CEO of Sanima Bank and Nalina Shrestha, deputy CEO of CBIL Capital signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies, according to the statement.

Sanima Bank operates with a network of 41 branch offices and 47 ATM outlets.
