KATHMANDU, June 19: Batas MAW Eicher, the official dealer for Eicher commercial vehicles in Nepal, has received the Strong Revival in Sales and Customer Service 2023-24 award at the Global Annual Conference in Thailand. This recognition marks a significant achievement in the first year of collaboration between Batas and MAW.

The partnership has driven substantial growth in Eicher’s sales distribution and customer service in Nepal. The company has efficiently provided buses, trucks, and tippers to meet customer needs, along with on-the-spot service and hassle-free delivery. According to the company, financial support through MAW Investment Pvt Ltd, Batas Hire Purchase Company, and five other financial institutions has enhanced customer satisfaction. The introduction of service vans and online spare parts availability has further streamlined operations.

Batas MAW Eicher has also conducted sales and exchange programs nationwide, alongside establishing a training facility in Bhaktapur to develop skilled manpower. Executive Director and CEO Deepak Agarwal expressed gratitude to customers and employees for their trust and support, acknowledging their contributions to the company's success.

According to the company, with 11 branches, four dealers, and 16 touch points, Batas MAW Eicher continues to lead the market in school buses and commercial vehicles, maintaining a strong presence in Nepal for over 40 years.
