About love
Sometimes I fall
And feel myself slowly wilt and die
At times, I lack the strength to crawl
But love, is what keeps me alive.
I am flawed
But don’t exactly want
To be saved or fixed
And even though
My visions are blurred
Love illuminates my paths
Sufficing the longings
To be seen.
To be heard.
The power of love empowers me
And I’m rejuvenated so
Invigorated to
Endure any circumstance
And reach any distance
Always when you love me
