Know MoreBANEPA, March 25: At least 12 passengers were injured in a bus accident in Banepa, Kavre, on Monday morning.
The bus (Ba 2 B 9456) met with the accident in Banepa Municipality-12, Bansdol Thumka. The police said that the bus, traveling from Bansdol toward Banepa, lost control and collided with the gate of a two-and-a-half-storey concrete house belonging to local resident Shiva Prasad Gyawali.
According to the Kavre District Police Office, the bus was carrying 30 passengers at the time of the accident. Of them, 12 passengers sustained injuries.
The injured have been transported to Scheer Memorial Hospital Banepa, including the bus driver.
