Milan Rai, 18, of Kahule-1 died when Buwa rivulet in Devisthan took him away while returning home from Beltar Bazaar, Udayapur, said Devisthan Police Post.[break]
The incident occurred on last Friday while he was bringing daily essential goods for home and that he breathed his last while undergoing treatment at Devisthan sub-health post.
Locals have been panicked for years due to no bridge over the rivulet.
