Woman gored by ox dies

KHOTANG Dec 16: Chandra Kumari Khatri, a 50-year-old woman, a local of Diktel Municipality in Khotang, died after she was attacked by an ox. Khatri, who had had sustained serious injuries in the attack while working at her farm on Tuesday evening died while undergoing treatment at the District Hospital. Doctors who treated Khatri said that she had received internal injuries that led to her death.


Warm clothes donated to visually-impaired students
PANCHTHAR, DEC 16: Hemeli Paath Nepal has donated warm clothes to 16 visually-impaired children of Phidim-based Gadi School as the colder days make lives tough for the poor. Sanjeev Younga, chairperson of the organization informed that the students of different grades were provided sweater, jacket and trouser.
