KATHMANDU, Dec 18: President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Tuesday summoned the winter session of the federal parliament on December 26.
President Bhandari summoned the parliament session at the recommendation of the cabinet as per the article 93 (1) of the constitution.

According to the Office of the President, the winter session of both houses, House of Representatives and National Assembly will convene at the New Baneshwar-based International Convention Centre at 4 pm.
Spokesperson Dr Roj Nath Pandey of the Secretariat of the Parliament informed that the Secretariat has received the letter from the Office of the President.
