KATHMANDU, Dec 25: Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Balendra Shah aka Balen and Rastriya Swatantra Party’s (RSP) Chair Rabi Lamichhane have held their second round of one-on-one meeting in Lalitpur on Thursday.

The meeting took place at the residence of Shah’s aide, Kumar Byanjankar. This follows their first one-on-one discussion on Monday night at the home of RSP central member Asim Shah in Kamalpokhari, which lasted around five hours.
After leaving the meeting, Lamichhane refrained from commenting on the details when questioned by reporters. Rabi, visibly elated, rather responded rhetorically, “What does my face say?” He also did not answer when asked who could become the next prime minister—himself or Shah.
