Meanwhile, the temperature in the Kathmandu Valley has increased. The minimum temperature in the Kathmandu Valley was recorded today at 4.5 degrees Celsius. It was 1.8 degrees Celsius on Tuesday.
Although the minimum temperature has not dropped, much colder is felt as the day-time temperature has not increased, a meteorologist at the Division, Sujan Subedi, said.
