Local cadres of the front started protest after the front decided to further heighten the ongoing agitation.
The protest was relaxed since Sunday following hope of consensus with the government.
Biratnagar Customs Office, however, said there is no obstruction in import and export despite protest by UDMF.
“The operation is normal as protesters have not halted import and export,” Officer Rajendra Dhungana told Republica.
