Irate ASI Rana severely thrashed local youths including Pushpa Raj Gautam from Khalanga-2 charging them of misbehaving with his wife on Monday night.
Two others including journalist Ganesh Baniya and Bir Bahadur Rokaya of Rokayagaon-9 were detained in the similar case.
