In the CSIT men´s singles category, Dev Ratna Maharjan of the host Bern Hardt secured gold defeating Pukar Upreti 11-6, 7-11, 11-8, 11-5 in the final.
Winners of both the categories were awarded Rs 3,000 each while the runners-up bagged Rs 2,000 each.[break]
Prime College´s Sunita Lama, who won the women´s singles open title on Sunday, bagged a purse of Rs 3,000 while runner-up Norden Tamang received Rs 2,000.
In the CSIT section, Sushma Shrestha of Bern Hardt won the women´s singles title defeating Samiksha Maharjan of Bern Hardt in the final. Shrestha was awarded Rs 3,000 and Maharjan Rs 2,000.
