The hospital management has alleged that the All Nepal Trade Union Federation which is close to the UCPN (Maoist) has been instigating the hospital employees to go on strike.
Deependra Pokharel, the finance controller at Charak Hospital, said that the hospital was going on loss at present and the labourers demand could not be met. He said the hospital management has adopted the ´no work-no pay´ policy.
