KATHMANDU, Nov 25: Due to the partial influence of the western wind, the weather in the hilly areas has changed.
There has been a partial change in the hilly areas of the country including Far West, Karnali Province today. According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD), there is a possibility of light snowfall in one/two places of high hills and Himalayan areas.
Chance of snowfall in the mountainous region today
It is said that there will be snowfall in the hilly areas of Sudur Paschim and Karnali provinces on Sunday and light rain in some places in the hilly areas of the rest of the provinces including Sudur Paschim, Karnali, Lumbini and Gandaki provinces and snowfall in high hilly and mountainous areas.
As the temperature is decreasing in the high hilly and mountainous areas, the MFD has asked all to be cautious.
