Sichaun Pavillion featuring 23 stalls at Intl Trade Fair

KATHMANDU, April 6: Industry Minister Anil Kumar Jha inaugurated Sichuan Pavilion in Nepal International Trade Fair 2012 on Friday. Inaugurating the pavilion featuring 23 stalls, minister Jha said the fair like this was important to promote country´s economy.



“Trade fairs are being organized often and I am sure it is contributing positively on our trade,” stated Minister Jha. [break]



President of Council for International Trade Promotion, Sichuan, Li Kang said that the influence of Sichuan province was increasing in recent time. “We want to go ahead with Nepal in industrial development,” added Kang. According to him, there are more than 1,500 industries exporting.



The Sichuan Pavilion features stalls on agricultural products, textiles, hydropower, solar power and cosmetics, among others.
