KATHMANDU, Jan 5: Sanima Bank has introduced online account opening facility to Nepali individuals residing in and out of the country. Issuing a statement on Tuesday, the commercial bank said that a customer can open savings account with Sanima Bank Limited in a single session on its website.

According to the bank statement, the facility, which has been launched with an aim of providing world class banking experience, eliminates the hassles of downloading and completing the form manually.
"On submitting the account opening request, customers will get account number on the next working day," reads the statement. "Similarly, a customer requiring assistance can provide contact details through option of connect. Subsequently, bank staff at call centre will call the customer on suitable time provided by the customer and assist in opening the account," the statement added.
