KATHMANDU, Dec 20: Prabhu Insurance Ltd has organized its 20th annual general meeting (AGM). Issuing a statement, the insurance company said that the AGM held on Friday endorsed a proposal to distribute 12 percent bonus shares to the company's shareholders. The insurance company earned net profit of Rs 95.9 million in the last fiscal year, the statement added.
