KATHMANDU, March 22: Power supply will be disrupted in various areas of Kathmandu and Lalitpur on Saturday.
The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has announced power outages in areas under Jorpati Distribution Center, Banasthali Distribution Center, and the Pulchowk Distribution Center in Lalitpur.
The Jorpati Distribution Center will experience a power cut in areas around Mulpani and Sajhabari under the Mulpani feeder from 10 AM to 3 PM for the relocation of HT lines.

Similarly, the Banasthali Distribution Center will face a power outage in areas under the Imadol feeder, including Koteshwor and Sahayoginagar, from 8 AM to 5 PM for the SSR upgrading work.
Similarly, the NEA has announced that it will shut down the Kupondole feeder under the Pulchowk Distribution Center in Lalitpur from 12 PM to 2:30 PM.
The power outage will affect areas served by this feeder, including ITI, Mahapal, Patan Durbar, Balamukhi, Shankhamul, Patandhoka, Mangalbazar, and Chabal.
The NEA has stated that if the work finishes ahead of schedule, it will restore power before the specified time.
